ketamine SessionS

Our Offerings

We offer ketamine-assisted therapy using mindfulness as an adjunct for psychotherapy and medical management for depression and related conditions. We require that all individuals are engaged in active psychotherapy with a therapist or psychiatrist if they are undergoing ketamine treatment. Should you need assistance finding support, we can provide referrals.

Ketamine therapy should not be thought of as a single solution or “cure.” By pairing this medicine with mindfulness and holistic care, we can invite more awareness and understanding to ourselves and our condition - allowing it to function as a partner on our healing journey.

Pricing

$1300 for a 3-session cycle. Single cycles ($475) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Ketamine therapy is not covered by insurance. We can accept HSA/FSA cards for payment.

1:1 integration sessions

Integration after a psychedelic experience helps us organize our thoughts, and make meaning of our experience. Research has demonstrated that it is a critical part of the psychedelic experience, allowing us to experience the full benefits of medicine.

There is no “one-size-fits-all” integration experience. In these sessions, we will work to find ideal practices to help understand and make meaning of what happens during the ketamine session. This may include facilitated breathwork, meditation, guided journaling, and discussing your journey as it pertains to your life and circumstances.

LONG COVID CONSULTATION

As both a long-COVID patient and researcher, Dr. Subaiya has amassed a wealth of experience managing this complex illness. Dr. Subaiya’s approach to care focuses on holistic practices including nutrition, exercises to stabilize the autonomic nervous system, mindfulness, and mind-body practices to improve quality of life for those with long-COVID.

We have not yet found a cure for long-COVID, but there are new discoveries everyday that can help inform care. Dr. Subaiya will use these sessions to share the most recent, evidence-based practices, paired with naturalistic care to ensure that your health is optimized at every step of your long-COVID journey.

End-of-life doula care

Preparing for end-of-life can be an emotional, daunting, and overwhelming experience. Dr. Subaiya is a trained end-of-life doula, serving as a support for those in this stage of life. This can include care coordination, optimizing comfort, leading discussions with patients and their family, end-of-life planning, and helping to manage existential grief.

Ketamine therapy for palliative and end-of-life care can also be helpful for managing existential grief, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.

HOME VISITS

We understand that life has unpredictable weather, and sometimes leaving our homes is challenging. To accommodate this, we offer home visits in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester, for individuals who are unable to attend in-person ketamine sessions. These include individuals with disabilities, medical illness that requires additional home-care, and severe mental health conditions. If you require a home visit, a referral from your treating physician and/or psychiatrist will be requested. We may also ask for your medical records to optimize your care and experience.
